About the role

  • Define and evolve the plans portfolio strategy, ensuring clear positioning and differentiation
  • Lead pricing strategy, including monetization guidelines, pricing structure, and packaging logic
  • Define and ensure consistency of the value proposition across products and segments
  • Prioritize initiatives and define the portfolio and pricing roadmap
  • Make structural decisions (e.g., creation, modification, or discontinuation of plans and services)
  • Ensure alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership
  • Monitor consolidated performance and drive strategic adjustments
  • Develop and lead the Product Managers team
  • Define the strategy for the use of AI and automation within the product area
  • Prioritize initiatives that increase scale, efficiency, and decision quality through technology
  • Ensure standardization and governance of tools, processes, and AI usage
  • Promote a data-driven and automation-oriented culture
  • Evaluate and incorporate new AI tools and solutions applied to the business

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Product Management, Pricing, Strategy, or related areas
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Strong strategic vision combined with analytical capability
  • Experience defining pricing, monetization, and portfolio management
  • Experience in digital transformation, automation, or applying AI to business processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management at the executive level
  • Ability to establish a clear and consistent portfolio and pricing strategy
  • Track record of sustainable revenue growth and key performance indicators
  • Experience building structured, productive teams with a high level of autonomy
  • Proven use of automation and AI as a competitive advantage
