About the role
- Customer service via WhatsApp, working in a multi-screen environment;
- Making outbound and inbound calls to offer, negotiate, and support products in the portfolio;
- Reading, analyzing, completing, and sending spreadsheets to track and monitor information;
- Managing emails, including receipt, handling, and responses to customers;
- Providing customer support for questions, requests, and issue resolution;
- Monitoring the customer journey, ensuring quality in service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education;
- Experience in telephone sales;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Reliable internet connection;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
