About the role

  • Customer service via WhatsApp, working in a multi-screen environment;
  • Making outbound and inbound calls to offer, negotiate, and support products in the portfolio;
  • Reading, analyzing, completing, and sending spreadsheets to track and monitor information;
  • Managing emails, including receipt, handling, and responses to customers;
  • Providing customer support for questions, requests, and issue resolution;

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education;
  • Experience in telephone sales;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Reliable internet connection;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
