About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Propose and coordinate the brand strategic roadmaps in collaboration with regional and local stakeholders;
- Act as the brand guardian for the region; ensure appropriate brand positioning with the ultimate goal of building brand equity;
- Ensure full alignment and reporting with the global brand team;
- Ensure the success of product launches;
- Serve as the BMC interface for all brand projects in Brazil and for all regional projects. Work closely with brand managers to ensure alignment of brand initiatives and activities;
- Centralize, update, and distribute key KPIs to enable continuous monitoring of brand performance;
- Coordinate multiregional brand projects aligned with business objectives. Ensure projects are executed within estimated timelines and that all phases are completed;
- Continuously diagnose and assess brand needs (communication, customer experience, etc.);
- Ensure integration between communications and all functions that interact directly with stakeholders, ensuring coherence, synergy, and connectivity;
- Ensure a consistent, strategic brand positioning across all customer touchpoints by integrating product and communication initiatives to strengthen brand equity and customer perception;
- Act as a cross-functional facilitator, connecting Product, Communications, Sales, After-Sales, and Customer Experience teams to develop coherent narratives, impactful launches, and a smooth, integrated customer journey;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or Communication;
- English: intermediate level;
- Project Management: proficiency with management tools and methodologies (e.g., schedules, agile rituals, follow-ups, delivery control);
- Product Communication: experience with launch campaigns, agency briefings, POS materials, activations, and awareness initiatives;
- Brand and Experience Metrics Analysis: ability to read and interpret KPIs such as NPS, brand equity, brand image, satisfaction, and reputation;
- Presentations and Storytelling: ability to structure strategic presentations and tell stories with clarity and visual impact;
- Office Suite/Microsoft Teams: strong skills in PowerPoint (or Slides), Excel (basic dashboards).
