About the role

  • Provide customer support for buyers and sellers on Sellpy’s second-hand platform via chat, phone and email.
  • Create satisfaction for buyers and sellers by handling a wide variety of support errands.
  • Learn about Sellpy’s tech and second-hand operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pick up inquiries via chat, telephone and/or email and resolve customer issues.
  • Help improve service based on customer feedback and contribute to expanding customer support processes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support Team Leads and other colleagues in Expansion Markets.

Requirements

  • A structured and service-minded mentality.
  • Spoken and written fluency in Dutch.
  • Good knowledge of English (company language).
  • An interest in finding solutions and improving the offer for customers.
  • (Optional) German or Finnish language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working in customer support via chat, phone and email.
  • An interest in second hand.
