About the role
- Manage and expand your customer base within the sales territory — offering tailored advice and coordinating targeted agreements.
- Ensure optimal shelf placement, run creative promotions, and maintain a professional in‑market presence.
- Train sales staff and represent the company at trade shows.
- Plan routes and submit reports via iPad & online tools — digital, efficient, and transparent.
- Analyze competitors and market trends — identify opportunities before others do.
Requirements
- Experience in field sales, sales, or retail
- Strong communication skills, persuasive and service‑oriented
- Independent, organized, and goal‑oriented
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Valid driving licence (Class B) and confident use of iPhone & iPad
- You live in one of our sales areas or are open to relocating to the region
