About the role
- Manage and grow your customer base within the sales territory through individualized advice and targeted agreements
- Secure optimal shelf placement, implement creative promotions and represent the brand professionally in stores
- Train store sales staff and represent the company at trade fairs
- Route planning and reporting using iPad & online tools — digital, efficient and transparent
- Analyze competitors and market trends — you spot opportunities before others do
Requirements
- Experience in field sales, sales or retail
- Strong communicator, persuasive and service-oriented
- Independent, organized and goal-driven
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving license Class B and confident use of iPhone & iPad
- You live in one of our sales territories or are open to relocating to the region
