• Lead major components of the monthly close, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial schedules
• Ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented financial reporting
• Build and refine accounting policies, SOPs, and scalable workflows
• Support technical accounting, audits, and policy implementation
• Partner with Operations on cost accounting and inventory accuracy
• Contribute to ERP enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
• Provide analysis, reporting, and insights to leadership
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven or automated workflow improvements

Email Marketing Manager

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeted at consumer audience.
• Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and drive conversions.
• Set up and refine automated flows (welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment) to nurture customer relationships and increase repeat purchases.
• Develop targeted lists and leverage personalization tactics to maximize relevance and improve performance metrics.
• Implement and optimize SMS campaigns to grow channel contribution and improve customer engagement.
• Partner with design and content teams to ensure emails are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and optimized across devices.
• Track KPIs (deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue attribution) and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Scale campaign frequency thoughtfully to maximize engagement and revenue without compromising deliverability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Creative teams to align campaigns with broader initiatives, product launches, and promotions.
