About the role

  • As a Trainee, you will support our team on exciting customer projects in the Retail & Services sector.
  • Step by step you will take on responsibility for digital projects and develop an understanding of the exciting industries of our clients.
  • You will assist our team in the development and implementation of digital solutions (apps, portals, process workflows) for international clients.
  • You will help translate customer requirements into initial solution concepts and digital processes.
  • You will contribute to presentations, proposals, and client meetings and gain insights into day-to-day project work.
  • You will support project planning and coordination and, together with the team, keep track of deadlines.
  • You will work closely with project managers, developers, and designers and take on initial independent tasks.
  • You will monitor market and technology trends and assist with analyses and the identification of new opportunities and potentials.
  • You will support the identification of upselling and development opportunities with existing clients and help develop appropriate approaches.

Requirements

  • University degree: Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or Business Informatics — or working towards one.
  • Ideally some practical experience in IT, digital, or project environments.
  • Confident and persuasive presence.
  • Affinity for digitalization and the related technical implementation.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
