About the role

  • Support in the planning, organization and follow-up of events in Switzerland
  • Coordinate venues, service providers, participants and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare event materials, maintain participant lists and support the invitation and communication process
  • Contribute to marketing tasks, such as creating presentations, copy, simple visuals or social media inputs
  • Assist with maintaining content for the website, newsletter or event pages
  • Collaborate with our Business, Marketing and Design teams

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student (University of Applied Sciences (FH) or university), ideally in Communications, Marketing, Event Management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Interest in marketing, events and digital topics
  • Enjoy taking initiative and ownership of tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence, both written and spoken, in German and English
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel and Teams, or with event and marketing tools
  • Team player with enthusiasm for collaborating across interfaces (Business, Tech, Marketing)
  • High reliability and a hands-on mentality
