Backend Engineer

• Architect new and existing data warehouse solutions
• Responsible for architecture, development, and some ETL processes for SelectQuote’s data warehousing solutions
• Work on projects and tasks assigned by a project manager
• Look for warehouse improvement opportunities
• Conduct code reviews before code is deployed to production
• Troubleshoot stored procedures, TSQL code, and perform query tuning
• Collaborate with team members and provide/welcome feedback
• Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites
• No direct supervisory responsibilities
