• Assist with SelectQuote’s employer brand presence on Glassdoor and Indeed including posting updates and helping monitor reviews. Capture and share culture moments employee highlights and events for social media use. Draft and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels. Support recruitment marketing campaigns through content creation coordination and reporting. Assist in preparing materials for virtual and on-site recruiting events. Help track performance metrics for posts and campaigns and provide regular updates. Conduct research on social media trends and emerging platforms to identify opportunities. Provide general administrative and project support to the Recruitment Marketing team. Assist as a backup resource for requisition postings in iCIMS as needed.
