About the role
- Directs, coordinates, and supervises all pharmacy activities in the department or division for which responsibility is delegated
- Responsible for the planning, supervision, coordination, and successful execution of all activities related to the pharmacy’s operations
- Initiates and implements Quality Improvement for the department
- Supervises departmental personnel including; hiring, orientation, training, monitoring determining workload and delegating assignments, scheduling, and evaluating performance
Requirements
- B.S. Pharmacy degree or Pharm. D. degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Must hold a valid RPH license
- 5+ years of relative pharmacy work experience
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience in a managerial capacity at a pharmacy
