About the role

  • Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate Selector Software’s AIOps analytics solution capabilities
  • Scope and architect customer deployments of the SelectorAI platform
  • Provide post-sales technical support in collaboration with Customer Success team
  • Help customers solve issues related to network and application layer protocols
  • Deliver talks on technical topics at trade shows and marketing events

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of application and network protocols
  • Technical knowledge of AIOps solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical challenges
  • Experience with Content Delivery Networks (CDN), cloud computing and cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to educate customers on the use of SelectorAI platform
  • Experience with network monitoring protocols such as SNMP and telemetry (gNMI)
  • Proficiency in various network and application layer protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VoIP
  • Experience delivering technical presentations
