About the role
- You analyze numbers, review processes, and make our business activities transparent
- From data collection to presentation – you deliver insights that genuinely help management
- You maintain existing metrics, develop new ones, and ensure our KPIs are meaningful at all times
- You are responsible for the internal documentation system and for creating process documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Business/Economics with a focus on Controlling or Controller (IHK) certification – practical experience is a plus
- Excel expert: you can skillfully prepare spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts, and reports
- Structured & organized: you keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks
- Communicative & team-oriented: you contribute ideas and communicate them clearly – in person and digitally
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken – your results are clear and persuasive
