About the role
- Develop the go-to-market strategy together with executive management and execute it through direct sales
- Responsible for the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Build a sales team and develop processes, KPIs and CRM structures
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, AI and Customer Success teams to tap into new market opportunities
- Test new sales approaches and represent the SelectLine Group at industry events
Requirements
- At least 5 years of B2B tech sales experience, ideally in full-cycle sales of SaaS or technology solutions
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably managing a team of account managers
- Experience building sales processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-initiative and a hands-on attitude
- Technical understanding of software and AI solutions
- Fluent German and very good English
- Residence in Germany or Austria and willingness to travel within the DACH region
