About the role

  • Develop the go-to-market strategy together with executive management and execute it through direct sales
  • Responsible for the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
  • Build a sales team and develop processes, KPIs and CRM structures
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, AI and Customer Success teams to tap into new market opportunities
  • Test new sales approaches and represent the SelectLine Group at industry events

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B tech sales experience, ideally in full-cycle sales of SaaS or technology solutions
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably managing a team of account managers
  • Experience building sales processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-initiative and a hands-on attitude
  • Technical understanding of software and AI solutions
  • Fluent German and very good English
  • Residence in Germany or Austria and willingness to travel within the DACH region
