Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and implement a sustainable financial strategy aligned with the company’s objectives
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
• Analyze financial metrics and derive actionable recommendations for management
• Support strategic and operational decision-making through financial analyses and modelling
• Prepare and present financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities in financial processes and structures
• Further develop financial systems and data-driven management tools
• Promote digitalization and automation in the finance function and take responsibility for optimizing end-to-end financial processes across different areas
• Lead, develop and coach various FP&A and finance systems teams within the finance organization
• Work closely with business units to ensure efficient corporate management
