About the role
- Own the entire end-to-end sales process for your accounts
- Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Translate complex technical topics into clear business value
- Maintain your deals in the CRM as a strategic tool for accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally in a startup/scaleup)
- Experience selling to mid-market/SMEs is a plus
- Proven experience selling to C-level and senior decision-makers in technically oriented organizations
- Strong technical understanding and experience with AI products
- Structured approach to sales using SPICED, SPINN, or MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
- Fluent communication in German and English.
