- Performance in this role is measured against a balanced scorecard of service, productivity, commercial, execution and safety KPIs:
- **Margin & EBITDA**
- - Gross margin % improvement (FY26–FY30 trajectory)
- - EBITDA contribution from procurement & supply chain levers
- - Supplier income (SPI / PPI / rebates / marketing contributions)
- - Category margin improvement
- **Supply Chain Performance**
- - Product availability % across estate
- - OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance
- - Forecast accuracy
- - Waste, shrinkage & obsolescence reduction
- **Working Capital & Cost Efficiency**
- - Inventory turns / stock holding days
- - Logistics cost per vend / route efficiency
- - Payment Terms improvement
- - Supply chain cost-to-serve reduction
- **Commercial Impact**
- - SKU rationalisation delivery
- - Category mix optimisation (coffee-led growth %)
- - Pricing / RGM support outcomes
- - Like-for-like revenue support via availability
- **Transformation Delivery**
- - Procurement & supply chain transformation milestones
- - Systems adoption (forecasting, telemetry, planning tools)

- - PMO delivery effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- **What You Bring / Requirements**
- - Senior procurement and/or supply chain leadership experience in FMCG, food service, vending, retail, or logistics environments
- - Proven track record delivering measurable margin improvement and cost optimisation
- - Experience managing complex supplier ecosystems and commercial negotiations
- - Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
- - Experience operating in multi-site, high-volume, route-based businesses (preferred)
- - Strong commercial acumen with direct linkage between supply chain levers and P&L outcomes
- - Ability to work in matrix organisation (local, group level)
- - Experience in transformation-led or performance-driven environments (PE-backed desirable)
- - Familiarity with vending, coffee systems, or unattended retail models (preferred)
