  • - Product availability % across estate
  • - OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • **What You Bring / Requirements**
  • - Senior procurement and/or supply chain leadership experience in FMCG, food service, vending, retail, or logistics environments
  • - Proven track record delivering measurable margin improvement and cost optimisation
  • - Experience managing complex supplier ecosystems and commercial negotiations
  • - Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
  • - Experience operating in multi-site, high-volume, route-based businesses (preferred)
  • - Strong commercial acumen with direct linkage between supply chain levers and P&L outcomes
  • - Ability to work in matrix organisation (local, group level)
  • - Experience in transformation-led or performance-driven environments (PE-backed desirable)
  • - Familiarity with vending, coffee systems, or unattended retail models (preferred)
