Support the Sales Excellence team in variable compensation calculations
Maintain and update commission calculators
Reconcile performance data and sales targets
Prepare results reports, dashboards, and presentations for managers and the commercial leadership of the LATAM operation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or Statistics
Intermediate to advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, Python, SQL, and basic Spanish
