About the role

  • Manage technical support tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and maintaining service quality.
  • Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including load balancer management and network resources.
  • Manage Linux and Windows servers, including storage expansion, updates, and security hardening.
  • Configure and maintain network services and DNS.
  • Implement and manage endpoint security solutions and monitoring tools.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy (GPOs), and Remote Desktop Services.
  • Manage web servers and analyze logs for troubleshooting.
  • Maintain monitoring system databases, including recovery procedures.
  • Develop scripts to automate administrative tasks.
  • Create technical documentation and participate in infrastructure modernization projects.

Requirements

  • Experience administering Linux (RHEL-based, Ubuntu) and Windows Server operating systems
  • Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP networking, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
  • Experience with monitoring tools and SIEM
  • Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (EDR/XDR)
  • Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell)
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases and web servers
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proactivity and excellent communication skills
  • Availability for on-call duty at least once per month
  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Networks and Communications, or related fields
