About the role
- Operate, administer, and sustain endpoint, workload, and network security platforms
- Manage security policies, profiles, and configurations according to defined standards
- Monitor alerts and events with an operational and preventive focus, performing adjustments and configuration corrections
- Support asset onboarding processes (endpoints, servers, workloads, and OT devices)
- Perform technical troubleshooting related to the security tools under your management
- Support controlled changes, continuous improvements, and periodic policy reviews
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration records
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and with the client to align technical details
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of endpoint and server security
- Network traffic and visibility (L2 to L7)
- Segmentation and access control
- Data protection and compliance
- Experience in critical environments with high availability
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience as an Information Security Analyst or Network Analyst with a security focus
- Languages: Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written); Technical-level English
