About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full renewal lifecycle for an assigned portfolio, initiating outreach 120–180 days prior to expiration.
- Identify ARR risk early through account health, engagement, and payment signals.
- Execute consistent renewal communication cadences using approved templates.
- Negotiate favorable renewal terms with judgment that protects ARR while maintaining customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate weekly renewal forecasts informed by account health and customer engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Renewal Manager, Account Manager, or equivalent commercial role within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding renewal quota, retention targets, and SaaS revenue goals in enterprise or mid-market environments.
- Proven ability to own commercial negotiations with procurement, finance, and legal stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience managing renewal pipelines in Salesforce, CPQ, Gainsight, or comparable platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
