About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Renewal Manager, Account Manager, or equivalent commercial role within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding renewal quota, retention targets, and SaaS revenue goals in enterprise or mid-market environments.
  • Proven ability to own commercial negotiations with procurement, finance, and legal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience managing renewal pipelines in Salesforce, CPQ, Gainsight, or comparable platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
