About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize use cases and business requirements.
- Configure the Seismic platform using a solution-driven approach that delivers tangible, measurable value to customers.
- Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide clients through implementation, ensuring the solution directly addresses their core challenges.
- Own and contribute to the development of key deliverables aligned to client requirements and project milestones.
- Lead change management efforts to equip organizations with the tools and mindset needed to drive successful adoption and outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and services for existing clients in accordance with established SLAs.
- Facilitate on-site and virtual training sessions for clients as needed.
- Partner with the project team to support project management and automation requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure high adoption rates and value realization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with experience in management consulting, asset management, marketing, sales operations, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in implementation consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to understand a client's existing content structure and use cases, translating them into effective implementation guidance.
- Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professionalism and aptitude for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency with CRM and work management platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Jira, Monday or Clickup.
- Foundational knowledge of data systems and structures.
- Proficiency in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with content management workflows and digital asset management principles.
- Prior experience implementing or administering a sales enablement platform is preferred
