About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of demo engineers.
Partner closely with SE leadership to align GPS roadmap.
Own the strategy, architecture, and maintenance of demo environments.
Evaluate, select, implement demo automation platforms and tooling.
Lead the integration of AI capabilities into demo environments and tooling.
Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing.
Build and manage the GPS project portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 or more years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical sales enablement at a B2B SaaS company, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Demonstrated, hands-on experience with demo automation technology and platforms.
Fluency in enterprise AI concepts, including agentic AI.
Proven project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset.
Experience working across product, engineering, and marketing organizations.
Knowledge of SaaS architecture and enterprise buying cycles.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
