About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute implementation projects by partnering closely with executive-level project sponsors in the Sales Enablement industry.
Drive customer engagement efforts for new and existing customers, understanding their business goals.
Deliver high-impact engagements, lead meetings (both onsite and virtual), ensuring client satisfaction.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure accountability.
Track engagement scopes, work with customers to estimate and manage scope changes.
Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for stakeholders.
Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them efficiently.
Establish and nurture positive relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering trust.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of deliverables, budgets, schedules, and project scope.
Coach and mentor project team members across multiple time zones.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 - 8 + years in professional services, management consulting, customer success, business analysis, or other client-facing roles.
Proven record of managing enterprise SaaS implementations using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent engagements.
Confidence in communicating with business, technical, and Executive & C-level stakeholders.
Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes to drive project success.
Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
Ability to understand and document business requirements, providing recommendations through active listening.
Willingness to travel up to 5-10% for customer onsite visits.
Knowledge with FinancialForce and Atlassian products preferred.
PMP certification or Scrum Master is a plus.
Fluency with the German language is a plus.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary.
