About the role
- Create, manage, and optimize content within the Sitecore platform to deliver engaging digital experiences
- Collaborate with development teams to align content with business goals and brand guidelines
- Lead the creation, editing, and publishing of content within the Sitecore CMS
- Manage page layouts, templates, and components to deliver seamless user experiences
- Implement and streamline content workflows including approvals, publishing, and governance
- Define and enforce content governance policies, taxonomy, metadata, and tagging
- Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues in Sitecore to ensure consistent performance
- Apply metadata, taxonomy, and tagging strategies to improve content discoverability
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 3+ years of work experience
- Deep expertise in Sitecore CMS, including Content Hub, Personalize, and Search
- Sitecore certification highly desirable
- Past experience producing content for the web and channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Past experience building audiences online or offline
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress for blog, news and other posting purposes
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and SEO principles
- Technical proficiency in Sitecore and content workflows
