About the role

  • Lead a best-in-class global demand generation organization
  • Hire, develop, and lead a diverse global team
  • Develop and execute the Global Demand Generation strategy
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  • Align closely with Regional Marketing to develop and execute an effective Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
  • Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors and AI tools

Requirements

  • Proven leader and motivator with deep experience building campaigns and leading global demand generation organizations
  • At least 8 years’ experience in the B2B SaaS Technology in a senior leadership position with an oversight of demand generation for a $300M-$1B ARR company
  • Five or more years of b-to-b digital/inbound marketing including content marketing
  • AI-forward mindset with demonstrated use cases
  • Expertise in ABM and the entire ABM and enterprise Marketing tech stack
  • Strong understanding of segmentation and the programs that work best for each
  • Clear communicator with proven ability to convey complex ideas and data
  • History of budget management
  • Willingness to travel
