About the role
- Lead a best-in-class global demand generation organization
- Hire, develop, and lead a diverse global team
- Develop and execute the Global Demand Generation strategy
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
- Align closely with Regional Marketing to develop and execute an effective Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
- Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors and AI tools
Requirements
- Proven leader and motivator with deep experience building campaigns and leading global demand generation organizations
- At least 8 years’ experience in the B2B SaaS Technology in a senior leadership position with an oversight of demand generation for a $300M-$1B ARR company
- Five or more years of b-to-b digital/inbound marketing including content marketing
- AI-forward mindset with demonstrated use cases
- Expertise in ABM and the entire ABM and enterprise Marketing tech stack
- Strong understanding of segmentation and the programs that work best for each
- Clear communicator with proven ability to convey complex ideas and data
- History of budget management
- Willingness to travel
