About the role

  • As a Communications Designer at Seier Holding, you will play a key role in the visual and conceptual development of our brands.
  • You will work on holistic communication solutions and support projects from initial idea through to implementation.
  • Develop conceptually strong design solutions for our brands, campaigns and communication measures.
  • Design and further develop the corporate design and visual brand presence.
  • Conceptualize and design digital applications (e.g., websites, landing pages, social media, campaign formats).
  • Work with a UX-/UI-oriented approach, taking user experience and usability into account.
  • When required, also design traditional communication materials such as print products, presentations or trade show materials.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Ensure consistent brand management across all channels.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience as a Communications Designer, Graphic Designer or in a comparable role.
  • Strong conceptual skills and a confident sense for brands, campaigns, design and target audiences.
  • Creativity, curiosity and a drive to develop.
  • Excellent skills in digital design and ideally experience in UX/UI.
  • Experience in brand development and positioning—particularly within the SME sector.
  • Proficient command of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience in print design.
  • Structured, independent working style and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Team-oriented, strong communication skills and a goal-focused way of working.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
