About the role

  • At Seier Holding, you will play a key role in the visual and conceptual development of our brands.
  • You will work on holistic communication solutions and support projects from the initial idea through to implementation.
  • Develop conceptually strong design solutions for our brands, campaigns and communication measures.
  • Design and further develop corporate design and visual brand appearances.
  • Conceptualize and design digital applications (e.g., websites, landing pages, social media, campaign formats).
  • Work with a UX/UI focus, taking user experience and usability into account.
  • When required, design traditional communication materials such as print products, presentations or trade fair collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Ensure consistent brand management across all channels.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience as a communications designer, graphic designer or in a comparable role.
  • Strong conceptual skills and a confident sense for brands, campaigns, design and target groups.
  • Creativity, curiosity and a desire to develop.
  • Excellent skills in digital design and ideally experience in UX/UI.
  • Experience in brand development and positioning — including for mid-sized companies.
  • Confident use of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience in print design.
  • Structured, independent working style and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Team-oriented, strong communication skills and a goal-focused work approach.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
