About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and implementation of Organizational Development projects
- Participate in the development and updating of job architecture, career paths, and career maps
- Support the implementation and maintenance of performance and potential assessment processes
- Contribute to the development of succession planning and talent development programs
- Develop and monitor leadership training and development programs
- Support climate, engagement, and culture surveys, monitoring action plans
- Prepare department metrics, reports, and presentations
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and meetings with leaders and teams as needed
- Support the development and updating of Organizational Development policies, processes, and materials
- Partner with HR teams and leaders to implement Culture & Talent initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Career Management, Culture, or Learning & Development
- Experience leading or supporting HR projects
- Knowledge of Organizational Development
- Knowledge of job architecture, career management, and competency frameworks
- Knowledge of performance and potential assessment processes
- Knowledge of preparing HR metrics and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in technology, services, or consulting companies is preferred
- Knowledge of HR tools and People Analytics is preferred
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish is preferred
