About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Salesforce development team technically, including task allocation and delivery tracking
  • Develop and review customizations in Apex, LWC and Flows applied to Field Service
  • Configure Service Appointments, Work Orders, Resource Scheduling and the Dispatcher Console
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Serve as the technical point of contact between development and architecture/business stakeholders
  • Support resolution of complex technical issues, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
  • Manage deployment processes (CI/CD) and environments, including sandbox strategy
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote technical best practices
  • Collaborate on effort estimation and sprint planning (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Ensure technical documentation of implemented solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce
  • 2+ years of experience with Field Service Lightning
  • Hands-on experience with Work Orders, Work Types, Service Resources and Scheduling Policies
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura Components and Flows
  • Experience technically leading small to medium development teams
  • Knowledge of integrations via REST and SOAP APIs
  • Platform Developer I certification required
  • Field Service Consultant certification required or in progress
  • Platform Developer II certification desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD tools such as Gearset and Copado is desirable
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum Master certification or similar experience is desirable
  • Experience with the Field Service mobile app is desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced English is desirable
