About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as an SAP FI functional consultant in AMS (support)
  • Gather, analyze, and document financial and accounting business requirements
  • Configure and customize processes in the FI module
  • Work on accounting close processes (monthly/annual)
  • Support testing (unit, integration, and UAT)
  • Prepare functional specifications for development (ABAP/BTP)
  • Ensure integration with MM, SD, and CO modules
  • Handle incident resolution and continuous improvements
  • Support key users and deliver training when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience as a Senior SAP FI Consultant
  • Advanced knowledge of processes in: General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Banking / basic treasury
  • Experience in implementation projects and/or AMS
  • Knowledge of integrations with MM (procure-to-pay) and SD (order-to-cash)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (on-premise or Public Cloud)
  • Experience preparing functional specifications (FS)
  • Knowledge of accounting close processes
  • Ability to work autonomously and liaise directly with the business
  • Desired: knowledge or certification in SAP S/4HANA Public Edition Cloud
