About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support business areas in understanding SAP CO processes within the SAP S/4HANA context;
- Contribute to process mapping, identification of gaps, impacts, and improvement opportunities;
- Support discussions regarding Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Allocations, Apportionments, Costing, and Management Close;
- Support analysis of alignment between business processes and SAP best practices;
- Recommend solution alternatives, identifying risks, impacts, and dependencies to support management's decision-making;
- Support functional validation of parameter settings and configurations performed in the project;
- Contribute to the preparation and review of functional specifications, process documents, and supporting materials;
- Support unit, integration, regression, and acceptance testing (including preparation of scenarios, test data, and evidence analysis);
- Support key users during SIT, UAT, stabilization, and Go-Live;
- Support integration between CO, FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS;
- Transfer knowledge to business areas, reinforcing process understanding and correct use of the solution;
- Document issues, risks, open items, and recommendations for management review.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Proven experience as a SAP CO Specialist / Senior;
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects;
- Advanced knowledge of Controllership (Controlling), Management Close, and FI-CO integration;
- Experience with Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Apportionments, Allocations, Internal Orders, and Costing/Cost determination;
- Experience in functional testing, UAT, and Go-Live support;
- Good communication skills with business areas;
- Ability to coach, support, and transfer knowledge without acting in a decision-making role;
- English: fluent reading comprehension.
