Key responsibilities & impact

Act as Project Manager for initiatives related to the SAP CX/CRM ecosystem
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, scope, quality, and budget compliance
Lead planning, delivery tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate functional and technical teams and vendors throughout project phases
Use management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Monday.com or similar to track activities and KPIs
Preferably operate in consulting environments or technology projects involving SAP CX/CRM solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
Experience and knowledge in SAP Project Management or SAP CX-CRM
Advantage: Advanced/Fluent Spanish
Advanced/Fluent English
Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, SAP CX-CRM, or equivalents
