About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide AMS (application management and support) for the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) module, handling incidents, service requests, and enhancement demands;
- Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of N2/N3 tickets, including workflows, forms, digital documents, notifications, and integrations;
- Gather requirements from HR and IT stakeholders, proposing solutions and process improvements;
- Configure and adjust Onboarding features, including programs, tasks, eligibility rules, forms, and integrations with Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting (RCM);
- Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for processes and integrations;
- Support SuccessFactors update cycles (1H/2H releases), assess impacts, and execute tests;
- Execute unit, regression, and UAT testing, and support transport of configurations across environments;
- Produce functional and support documentation, assist key users, and promote solution adoption;
- Ensure SLA compliance, align with business areas, and adhere to SAP best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB), preferably in AMS/support roles;
- Experience handling tickets and maintaining production environments;
- Strong knowledge of Onboarding configuration: Programs, Tasks, Forms, Workflows, Emails/Notifications, and Eligibility Rules;
- Ability to analyze and diagnose incidents, identify root causes, and propose solutions or workarounds;
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors semiannual releases and impact analysis of new features;
- Experience with regression/UAT testing, supporting key users, and defect handling;
- Functional familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations (Integration Center, APIs, and connectors);
- Ability to support analysis of integration failures;
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM;
- SLA-oriented working approach;
- Ability to create functional and technical documentation;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized, able to manage priorities, and work well in a team;
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is a plus.
