About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the preparation and monitoring of the budget and forecasts;
- Understand monthly variances and detail the main causes;
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, proposing corrective actions with managers;
- Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs);
- Perform revenue recognition and deferral based on project progress;
- Collaborate in the accounting close processes and financial reporting;
- Control and reconcile intercompany balances;
- Interpret and reclassify information for consolidated management reports;
- Work together with other areas of the company, providing analytical support for decision-making;
- Participate in projects to improve and automate financial processes;
- Respond to requests and provide clarifications during audit processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting (preferred) or related fields;
- Previous experience in controllership, financial planning or related areas;
- Knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16;
- Intermediate-level Excel;
- Experience with ERP systems — SAP considered a plus;
- Intermediate level English or Spanish.
