About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support and maintenance for TOTVS RM – People Management modules, ensuring continuity of HR processes
- Analyze and resolve incidents by implementing fixes and addressing user requests
- Support system improvements and upgrades, ensuring compliance with labor legislation
- Serve as the focal point between HR, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Provide functional and technical support for the following modules: TOTVS People Management – Portal Meu RH / RM Portal / RM Chronus / RM Labore
- Respond to user tickets, analyze incidents, and propose effective solutions
- Configure and maintain timekeeping rules, work schedules, payroll events, calculations, and HR processes
- Support time and payroll closing activities, ensuring data consistency
- Execute testing, validations, and follow-up on system fixes and updates
- Support integrations with third-party systems (when applicable)
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Work proactively to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and TOTVS support to resolve issues
