About the role

  • Provide support and maintenance for TOTVS RM – People Management modules, ensuring continuity of HR processes
  • Analyze and resolve incidents by implementing fixes and addressing user requests
  • Support system improvements and upgrades, ensuring compliance with labor legislation
  • Serve as the focal point between HR, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery efficiency

Requirements

  • Provide functional and technical support for the following modules: TOTVS People Management – Portal Meu RH / RM Portal / RM Chronus / RM Labore
  • Respond to user tickets, analyze incidents, and propose effective solutions
  • Configure and maintain timekeeping rules, work schedules, payroll events, calculations, and HR processes
  • Support time and payroll closing activities, ensuring data consistency
  • Execute testing, validations, and follow-up on system fixes and updates
  • Support integrations with third-party systems (when applicable)
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
  • Work proactively to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and TOTVS support to resolve issues
