About the role
- Lead and assist with technical support and troubleshooting including performance tuning and optimization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, customers and vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP B1 solutions
- Participate in implementations, projects and customizations of SAP Business One using standard functionalities, HANA database management, and relevant add-ons.
- Proactively identify issues/risks and mitigate them
- Analyze data to support decision-making and ensure system data accuracy and integrity
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience in SAP Business One, ERP software and support, software installations and data-focused roles (reporting analyst, data analyst…)
- Hands-on experience creating reports using Crystal Reports, SQL, HANA, Excel, or other reporting tools (PLD, Power BI, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- SAP Certification
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, HANA)
