About the role

  • Serve as an SAP FI Consultant in an AMS environment, focusing on support and responding to business requests;
  • Handle tickets (incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements), performing analysis and resolving medium-complexity issues;
  • Start at N1 level, focusing on stabilization, understanding the environment and gaining context, with potential to advance within the operation;
  • Interact with business areas to gather and understand requirements;
  • Record and document solutions, working in a squad using a structured methodology.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP FI;
  • Previous experience in AMS/support;
  • Knowledge of financial processes (AP, AR, GL, month-end/period closing, etc.);
  • Analytical skills and strong business communication;
  • Experience with ticketing or IT service management tools.
  • Plus: Intermediate English and/or Spanish;
  • Prior experience working in squads;
  • Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.
