About the role
- Work on the support and optimization of SAP PI integration solutions
- Ensure continuity and efficiency of clients' integrated processes
- Responsible for analysis, support, and incident resolution
- Ensure service is delivered within established SLAs
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of integrations
- Focus on the quality, stability, and performance of interfaces
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure proper functioning of integrated flows
