Requirements

  • Cost/Profit Center accounting
  • Ability to translate organizational structure into an SAP model
  • Experience with indirect cost governance models
  • Implementation of budget planning
  • Period-end closing routines
  • Product costing (cost decomposition, activities, element structure)
  • Analysis of cost variance impact
  • Planned cost calculation and price setting
  • Actual cost calculation (Material Ledger)
  • Accounting knowledge of Controlling processes
  • Profitability analysis, including understanding the composition of P&L lines
  • Translate management requirements into technical configuration
  • Explain the financial impact of operational decisions
  • Nice to have: knowledge of PS (Project System)
