- Provide support and maintenance for the SAP Business One environment
- Assist users with system routines

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SAP Business One
- Understanding of business processes (finance, tax, purchasing, or sales)
- Basic SQL knowledge for queries
- Familiarity with ERP environments
- Higher education in progress or completed in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
- Knowledge of SAP B1 HANA
- Knowledge of market add-ons
- Familiarity with Brazilian localization (taxes, NF-e, SPED)
- Experience in customer service or technical support
