About the role

  • Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures
  • Create compelling proposals that demonstrate technical and economic value
  • Contribute directly to closing commercial opportunities
  • Technical-Commercial Engagement - Act as a specialized technical consultant throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct technical discovery to deeply understand customers' challenges and needs
  • Develop and present customized technical and commercial proposals
  • Lead technical demonstrations (demos), proofs of concept (POCs), and technical workshops
  • Prepare technical documentation: Solution Proposals, Architecture Diagrams, Cost Estimates (TCO/ROI)
  • Solution Development - Design reference architectures for AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Develop industry-specific use cases (financial services, retail, healthcare, etc.)
  • Create optimized cost models and demonstrate cost savings on AWS
  • Develop sales enablement materials: presentations, whitepapers, case studies
  • Collaborate with product teams on the development of new offerings
  • Value Articulation - Position AWS solution differentiators against other cloud platforms
  • Demonstrate ROI and economic advantages of cloud migration/adoption
  • Translate technical benefits into business language for decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to C-level executives and technical directors
  • Sales Team Support - Train and enable sales teams on technical aspects of AWS products
  • Participate in strategic meetings with clients and prospects
  • Assist in the qualification of technical opportunities
  • Stay up to date on new AWS services and market trends

Requirements

  • Active and valid AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure/architecture
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in technical pre-sales or technical commercial consulting
  • Proven experience with: full technical B2B sales cycle
  • Development of technical commercial proposals
  • Presentations for medium and large enterprise clients
  • TCO/ROI calculations and business case development
  • Deep knowledge of: full portfolio of AWS infrastructure services
  • Cloud migration methodologies (6Rs, MRA, MAP)
  • AWS pricing and licensing models
  • AWS Well-Architected Framework
  • Additional AWS certifications (DevOps, Security, Advanced Networking)
  • Experience with other clouds (Azure, GCP) in a pre-sales context
  • Fluent English for serving international clients
