About the role

  • Support the preparation and monitoring of the budget and forecasts;
  • Analyze monthly variances and detail the main reasons;
  • Analyze differences between actual results and budget, proposing corrective actions together with managers;
  • Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Perform revenue recognition and deferral based on project progress;
  • Contribute to the accounting close processes and financial reporting;
  • Control and reconcile intercompany balances;
  • Interpret and reclassify information for consolidated management reports;
  • Work closely with other areas of the company, providing analytical support for decision-making;
  • Participate in projects to improve and automate financial processes;
  • Respond to audit requests and provide clarifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
  • Previous experience in controllership, financial planning, or related areas;
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • ERP experience — SAP is a plus;
  • Intermediate level of English or Spanish.
