About the role
- Monitor SAP, Seidor, and client resources to drive customer success
- Establish a streamlined customer engagement model
- Maintain strong relationships with sales and service teams
- Manage all aspects of the Results Success Plan
- Build effective collaboration across the entire account team
- Ensure access to and activation of the Seidor experience
- Track issues through to successful resolution
- Drive customer lifetime value across the customer journey
- Develop a RISE transformation strategy with the client (RISE with SAP)
- Confirm the customer's business objectives and desired outcomes
- Build and lead strategic executive relationships
- Demonstrate value
- Drive the Customer Success Plan by creating an action plan to deliver results
- Expand and accelerate customer growth
- Conduct regular meetings with the client
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Knowledge of SAP products and SAP ERP
- Plus: advanced English
- Spanish (advantage)
- Familiarity with the SAP For Me tool
