About the role

  • Lead the technical architecture of Salesforce projects, from solution design through implementation.
  • Act as the technical authority for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Support the development team in technical decisions and best practices for APEX, LWC, integrations, and data architecture.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and the proposed technical architecture.
  • Conduct code, architecture, and integration reviews to ensure quality and governance.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for stakeholders and clients, explaining complex solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate with project managers and functional consultants to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Architect on complex Salesforce projects, including integrations with legacy systems and third parties.
  • Proficiency in the main clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of APEX, LWC, Visualforce, and integration APIs.
  • Salesforce certifications relevant to the role (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical language for the business.
  • Experience working in agile projects.
