About the role
- Support for sales, billing and integration with FI/MM
- Perform error analysis
- Provide user guidance
- Support testing and validations in QAS and PROD environments
Requirements
- Solid, proven experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
- Knowledge of: Sales order (VA01/VA02)
- Billing (VF01/VF02)
- Billing cancellations and reversals
- Pricing determination
- SD document types
- SD × FI integration (posting, accounts receivable)
- SD × MM integration (contracts, purchase orders, procurement flow)
- Experience in AMS / Support
- Error analysis in billing, taxes and workflows
- Ability to read logs and dumps from a functional/user perspective
- Experience with AMS (Application Management Services) or SAP support
- Familiarity with ITIL and SAP Activate methodologies
- Technical English for reading and writing
