About the role
- Support and enhance SAP SD processes
- Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and improvement requests in the SAP environment
- Ensure correct integration of the SD module with other SAP modules
- Support functional adjustments, parameterizations, and continuous improvements in commercial processes
- Work with internal teams and clients to gather requirements
- Participate in alignment meetings and functional analyses
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant at mid-level
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, billing, shipping, returns, and pricing
- Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) or SAP support
- Functional analysis skills and understanding of commercial processes
- Availability for occasional client visits (low frequency)
