About the role

  • We are seeking an SAP ABAP Consultant with solid experience in an AMS (Application Management Services) environment to provide technical support, handle tickets, analyze incidents, perform targeted fixes, implement small enhancements, and support functional teams, with specific work on SAP Workflow.
  • The professional will support purchasing, contract, release, approval and integration workflows, performing failure analysis, correcting ABAP objects, supporting functional teams (FI, MM, SD, BASIS), and validating in QAS and PRD environments.

Requirements

  • Proven solid experience in SAP ABAP;
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Workflow, including:
  • Analysis and correction of active workflows;
  • Diagnosis of stuck, terminated, or non-triggered workflows;
  • Analysis using SWI1, SWI2_FREQ, SWIA, SWDD;
  • Adjustments to agents, rules, and approval steps;
  • Knowledge of User Exits, BAdIs and Enhancements;
  • ABAP reports (corrections and small developments);
  • RFCs and integrations (failure analysis, authorizations and connections);
  • Functional/technical debugging for AMS support;
  • Ability to read and analyze: Dumps (ST22);
  • Workflow logs;
  • Application logs;
  • Experience with transports (CTS), adjustments and validations in QAS and PRD;
  • Experience in AMS / SAP Support;
  • Preferred: Strong experience with SAP Workflow will be considered highly desirable; residence in Rio de Janeiro; familiarity with ITIL and SAP Activate methodologies; technical English for reading and writing.
