Responsible for overseeing the entire financial function for all entities under SEIDOR Africa.
Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Manage consolidated results and maintain robust financial controls and statutory compliance across the group.
Act as a financial business partner to senior management, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Conduct financial analysis, interpret trends, and provide regular reports on key financial metrics to executive leadership.
Manage and refine the financial consolidation process for all entities within the group.
Oversee the full financial function, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management for the group.
Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliance is met, including tax submissions and company secretarial requirements for all South African entities.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is essential.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior financial management or group reporting role is typically required.
Advanced proficiency with accounting packages and Excel.
Must possess excellent collaborative communication and analytical thinking skills.
High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity are critical for success in this role.
Benefits

Experience in a tech or IT managed services environment is highly beneficial.
Experience in dealing with African Countries statutory complexities – Current countries being: South Africa, East Africa: Kenya, Tanzania, Mauritius, Zambia, Morocco, Ethiopia and Tunisia.
